HSW Registration Information and Payment Policies
Your submission of registration is considered an acceptance of the terms of our policy as follows:
1. Workshop fee is $125 per person for a one-day workshop, $250 per person for a two-day workshop, $65 per person for a half-day workshop, unless otherwise noted.
2. By submitting a registration for a workshop, it is a commitment to purchase a seat in a workshop. If a person does not attend the workshop, payment will not be returned or credited.
3. We do not accept cancellations. If you provide at least four business days' notice, you may attend another workshop date, provided there is a seat available. You must attend an alternate workshop from those that are currently scheduled. As an alternative, you may also substitute one staff member for another. Please contact us to submit the name of the substitute in advance of the workshop.
4. You will not be considered registered until your payment is received by us. Submit your registration immediately. Follow with your payment as soon as possible, but it must be received by us no later than four business days before the workshop date. You may pay with an agency check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Checks should include a notation that includes the workshop number, date and name of participant and be made payable to "Good Shepherd Services / HSW." Confirmation of your workshop will only be made once we have received your payment. If your payment is not received by us before the workshop, you will not be admitted into the workshop.
5. Check-in begins thirty minutes before the set start time of the workshop. The workshop begins promptly. Anyone arriving thirty minutes or more after the set start time will not be allowed to attend. Please note that there will be no refunds or credit given for latecomers turned away or for registered participants who do not attend.
6. If a workshop is given in more than one session, participants are expected to attend all sessions.
7. Certificates of Completion: Certificates will be given only to those participants who complete the full workshop.
8. When we do not have sufficient registration to hold a workshop, you will be notified of cancellation at least 3 business days in advance if you have registered. We reserve the right to cancel any training and to substitute the trainer/presenter. In the event of a cancellation, registrants will be able to apply their payment toward a future workshop.
9. To Register: Submit registration online at www.goodshepherds.org or fax the attached registration form to 212-645-0859. If you do not receive confirmation within seven business days, please contact us.
