2011 Annual Benefit Dinner
On Wednesday, October 5th, Good Shepherd Services will honor Frank Bisignano, Chief Administrative Officer of JPMorgan Chase, at our Annual Benefit Dinner at Gotham Hall. Proceeds from this event will help to provide more than 20,000 vulnerable New York City children, youth, and families with the services and supports they need to make a safe passage to self-sufficiency.
Mr. Bisignano and JPMorgan Chase have proven to be champions of at-risk students in underserved communities. After serving as "Principal for a Day" at Bushwick Leaders' High School (BLHS) in Brooklyn, he took the school under his wing, collaborating with the Principal to ensure that her students have the resources and supports they need to succeed. Thanks to the generosity of Mr. Bisignano and JPMorgan Chase, Good Shepherd received funding to open an attendance improvement and dropout prevention program and an after-school center, which recently completed their first year of operation.
